Its dual-contact design ensures 15% higher torque transmission vs. CAT systems, ideal for cast iron/steel workpieces. Pre-hardened steel body with anti-vibration coating supports Ø20-300mm bores. Includes 20-bar coolant channels and G2.5 dynamic balance for stable operation at 12,000 RPM. Compatible with CNC machining centers.

 

2. Precision for Aerospace & Automotive

Engineered for deep-cavity roughing, the HSK-LBK holder combines LBK clamping and HSK's zero-backlash interface. Supports 10:1 length-diameter ratio tools with ±0.01mm repeatability. Tungsten alloy counterweights reduce harmonic vibration in titanium/Inconel machining. Rated for 8kN axial load and 15,000 RPM (ISO 13399-compliant). Includes RFID for smart factory integration.
